Recommended Posts

If it's true....four questions come to mind.

Firstly, his career path, where did he excell and shine to gain his promotions?

Secondly, who identified his potential and recommended him on the above grounds?

Thirdly, how has it taken so long to identify his weaknesses?

Fourthly, how much public money has been spent or wasted getting to this point?

Happens all the time in the private sector.  It amazes me you think government should be different.

Added to that,  employees are largely untouchable these days.   I work in the private sector.  As with government, my company is made up of some outstanding performers, a decent percentage of people doing a fair amd acceptable job, and a percentage of people who are basically poor at their job but are well protected by the laws of employment.
