Would Perkins come out with these comments if for example, the same scenario was in the constituency of Garff. He and Dafneeee will be incandescent with rage, tabling motions, organising petitions etc.

who do these clowns think they are kidding, someone wants a new 'road' which for some reason is next to an empty field, so all the rules go out of the window. Trees (and tholtans etc) that are in the way are suddenly unsafe or diseased and can be removed despite going against all government policies about conservation of the islands heritage.

i will be shocked if there is not a planning application soon for 15 executive homes on the empty field that has a nice shiny new road next to it. (because planning always comment about access when refusing developments).

Remember planning rules are out of the window if you've got enough cash to fill enough brown envelopes.

Fucking idiots won't be happy until every bit of free space is filled with shittly built prefabs all owned by people who don't fucking live here rented to people who do.

how do we know without investigation, Cottages and Tholtans arn't protected on purpose, they could be of national importance and they could still be ploughed under a parking bay for a Range Rover or a Audi Q7 even if King Orry or Illiam Dhone slept there once.

Brown envelopes? Sorry, just so we are clear, you're suggesting people were bribed to get this through?
