does that include under 16's that can't hold a driving licence yet ?

I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♂️
It’s a figure I often see mentioned but I’ve never look for the source.

ETA I don’t personally know any cyclists who don’t also currently own a car.

Don't know about you guys but I don't think they should be making Pully any EASIER to get in or out of.

Should have its owned barbed wire fence military border.

It's like the Manx Chernobyl - you'll never know what you get in there, 3 eyed Drug traffickers, two headed dogs with "mum" tattooed on their wrist.

It really is a jackpot.

While the bridge is down would be the ideal time to build a moat. Confine the population there, and give them food parcels only if they walk treadmills to keep the power station going. Less crime, less demand on social care, less pollution, win-win.

Soon be digging tunnels to McD and KFC though. Look on the bright side the lycra mob will certainly be getting a shift on going through there in the dark. Now that is active travel. Stop anywhere along there and they'll have your titianium spoked wheels gone quicker than you can say "Wish i'd bought a Peleton"

Can you imagine Tim 'Snake' Baker being sent in to rescue the Governor when his limo takes a wrong turn at the QB. "Escape from Pulrose"
