Banker
Clamping down on the lazy twats who park everywhere at long last 😀 https://www.manxradio.com/news/isle-of-man-news/clampdown-on-parking-violations-at-nobles-hospital/
Dirty Buggane
The parking enforcers should grow a pair and check details match the driver or the passenger is actually in the vehicle. And that should be all over the island. Edited January 27 by Dirty Buggane
hissingsid
There should be proper parking provision for people using Nobles there simply is no and if you have an appointment you are desperate to attend what do you do, the overflow car park is generally full as well. I don’t buy this idea of people leaving their cars there all day maybe a few do it but very few. If you had parking for two hours that would solve that problem . If anyone went overtime they could send a copy of the appointment letter to the DOI and get it quashed.

Dirty Buggane
Did not think they had to report the offence, thought they just had to tick the box for the offence the fine is being served for i.e. failure to display current road fund licence disc. Many also come in cars and park for exercising their dogs over there. Both these should be clamped down. It's a hospital FFS and not a place to park your car for the dog .. Dirty Buggane
The carpark at oakwood will not suit them and will continue to block up road and parking, because they are lazy idle bastards who only think of themselves.

Probably, has anyone also noticed the lazy git’s who park on the left of turn into hospital main entrance, it’s like a bit of concrete they squeeze onto!!

cissolt
£30 million sounds like a lot. What was the spending under DHSS? We need to improve our health service, but how do we know Manx care are managing this spend properly without political oversight? https://www.manxradio.com/news/isle-of-man-news/manx-care-spends-more-than-30m-on-agency-and-bank-workers-in-2022/ 1
Banker
6% pay offers made to healthcare unions which in my opinion is not enough considering shortages, how much teachers & police got. Does anyone know if offers accepted or rejected yet?
