Why call a vote of no confidence when there is nothing to call a vote of no confidence over? Has Carol taken advice or just did the common sense thing in this case of not replying. No case to answer sort of thing.

I don't think you need a reason for a no confidence vote - you just need to have lost confidence in someone.

Yes, a month later. I thought it odd too. Could only think of two reasons: they were savaged on an arm or hand and it's not healing well; they're claiming to be traumatised by the incident and having panic/anxiety attacks. Maybe she keeps setting in on them whenever they enter the building. That said I don't think it's a very big dog. I had the rather surreal experience (as it happens when I was coming back from voting in the local election) of nearly being run over by her in her invalid carriage while she was talking loudly - I thought at first to me, but it turned out to be to this mutt in the pannier. (No I hadn't voted for her).

2112
Has Carol Quine been charged by Plod with a multitude of offences regarding this incident? Or will it end up a possible compo claim? The whole thing is so laughable and makes Castletown Commissioners a laughing stock.

You don't have to try very hard to make these commissioners a laughing stock !
Kopek
Sounds like there is more to the 'No Confidence' vote than the dog bite???
