You can’t even fart without the approval of IOMG. 

The Licensee must ensure that the range and content of the food and drink and other refreshments on offer to the public is suitable to the nature and available facilities and regularly reviewed and agreed with the Licensor

1.6. The pricing of the food and drink and other refreshments shall be benchmarked against and in line with other comparable establishments on the Isle of Man and to reflect the quality of the offer provided. At all times the pricing policy and range of products is required to be commensurate with our customers' expectations and regularly reviewed and agreed with the Licensor

1.7. All promotion and or marketing activity for the Premises shall be jointly agreed between the parties.

1.8. The Licensee shall display and make available at the Premises any information or leaflets in relation to the Premises PROVIDED that such information has been agreed in accordance with paragraph 1.7 of this Schedule and as a result of such agreement the Licensor has agreed the information can be displayed and made available within the Premises

1.14. The Licensee must provide members of the Wildlife Park to a 10% discount on all hot food purchased in the Premises upon the production of a valid and unexpired Wildlife Park Membership Card

1.15. The Licensee must minimise the use of any single use plastic within the Premises

1.16. The Licensee must maximise the use and sell locally grown and manufactured food and beverages within the Premises (provided that such produce is reasonably availableon the Isle of Man)

I suspect it was overdue for renewal.  Watterson had a WQ in recently: What the timetable is for retendering the dining train service.  So someone had probably been complaining.
