Lots of money. Castletown Commissioners cream over them. They live just over the bridge from Costa.

Scaffolding has now gone...but I think not.

It's a complex ownership that block...saw a 3D pic of it around 15 yrs ago when elements of it were being sold.

Sold off some shop? 

He joined Games Workshop in 1985 and was CFO, CEO and Chairman during that time. They did well and he made them significant profits, so I'd imagine made plenty in both salary and shares during that time. He did sell some of his shares in 2018 for £20M. I'm going to guess he's worth a lot more than that.

I think someone said they were worth  circa 180m.
