It’s now coming back next week because it was totally unworkable and has been proven to be totally unworkable and shouldn’t have been introduced in the first place. Originally it was to be “enforced” between October and end of March. Now it’s going to run January to end of November. Of course we have to have a month or so break over new year as they can’t just be seen to totally reinstate everything as it was because that’s politics and we can’t be wrong.
