Does anyone have an idea on numbers and which departments got their cards today ?

No, but I am not surprised if this is true.

Despite the protestations of people who claim the bills are too night without having a clue what MT do or what their costs are, it isn’t anywhere near the lucrative money printing machine many seem to think.

In face, if ot wasn’t for the fact that they do a lot of business off island through OVconnect then they would be stuffed.

Has it, or is it your wifi?  Another MT misconception is that they are responsible for your wifi when actually you are.

Defo not the WiFi. Most of my machines are ethernet connections

My Internet connection has been crap for the last week.

Maybe a new all singing and dancing record breaking speed ( read more expensive) option is about to be launched!

Hope so. Just paid my regular monthly bill of just over £120. Basic broadband a landline and unlimited data on my phone.  In the UK that would probably be about £50

And?  Are you aware how many customers there are in the UK compared to here?

It’s the same bollocks as when people spent years saying we got ripped off on fuel because they didn’t understand the ins and outs of the business.  These days our fuel is similar or cheaper than the UK and idiots still think they were being ripped off for years.

I rest my case. We are truly being ripped off.

I was meaning by MT, the connection speed always mysteriously seems to slow down when there's a new more expensive option to "upgrade" to.

And weren't we? Also why has heating oil remained steadfastly high when other fuels have tumbled back down to almost pre Covid levels.
