Albert Tatlock Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 Or that Irish guy who stands outside M&S ranting about Jebus. Has that ever worked do you recon? I must admit rabbiting about 'Jeebus' when I've come out of the M&S food hall. I think that's down to the prices though.

MilitantDogOwner Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 Check out the film Religulous (2008)by Bill Maher. "Bill Maher interviews some of religion's oddest adherents. Muslims, Jews and Christians of many kinds pass before his jaundiced eye. Maher goes to a Creationist Museum in Kentucky, which shows that dinosaurs and people lived at the same time 5000 years ago. He talks to truckers at a Truckers' Chapel. (Sign outside: "Jesus love you.") He goes to a theme park called Holy Land in Florida. He speaks to a rabbi in league with Holocaust deniers. He talks to a Muslim musician who preaches hatred of Jews. Maher finds the unlikeliest of believers and, in a certain Vatican priest, he even finds an unlikely skeptic." This film is so bloody funny I nearly wet myself. The fact that people from the major religions are so blinded by faith that they don't realise the drivel they are spouting. The best bit is when Maher compares Christianity to a religion that predates it by about 2000 years (approx). Very interesting stuff. And and on the subject of Creationism/Creative Design...Its Evolution....but it was God's idea.
