The best thing for Floor 7 is to google what the acronym O.M.O. could stand for. Once you see the right one, you'll get the answer straight away.

Might be ab idea for others to float up what they've thought of too - it may well just flick a switch in one of our minds as to what the answer is...

 

The leading zero's lead me to think theres a pattern if the digits are read vertically or diagonally as opposed to horizontally, but I cant find anything yet....

The leading zeros have to be important because none of the numbers require a leading digit. I'm head scratching on this too really now, I know a few people have already given up and I'm next

I've tried transposing the numbers, converting them from base4, and a few other random things, no joy yet.

Damn, thought I had it for a sec. I took the figures as hex colour values and converted them to RGB and thought I found a pattern, but it wasn't to be...
