Kitten Mittens
Hi Does anybody know where one could purchase, for fairly low cost, atleast one pane of glass? A second hand piece would be welcome. Not hugely precious on having an exact size, just needs to be big enough to build a good sized vivarium and I can cut the wood to fit (maybe approx. 80-120CM in length and maybe 50-60CM tall?).. Any ideas or help would be hugely appreciated. Cheers
dilligaf
Manx Glass & Glazing every time. Friendly and not expensive. Down Snugborough though, so may be a problem this time of year. Edit to add, maybe also try DLP ( also at Snug.) if you want clear acrylic sheeting.

quilp
I wouldn't worry, they'll probably see it as a small window of opportunity...

They will do that job for you no problem. last time I used Manx Glass it was just a piece for a picture frame. They are a great company.

I have a large aquarium with one cracked end panel, but ideal for reptiles I would think, no charge, just come and pick it up from Glen Vine, Cheers, Steve500@manx.net

I did sort out my historic reptile needs, but it's never a bad idea to consider having more! I would guess that I'm probably too late though so make use of your kind offer? Thank you all the same and apologies for not responding sooner! Best wishes
