London decides what happens in Liverpool. Liverpool never decides what happens in London.

London decides what happens in the IOM. The IOM has no influence over what happens in London.

Your arguments about the EU are utterly partial and blinkered.

Thanks to people like @The Voice of Reason, the UK is breaking up.

What about the population of Scotland who don't seem to want to be ruled from Westminster?

It’s not about being ruled from Westminster it’s whether they want to remain in the UK which in the recent, once in a generation referendum, they said they did

Ah, so you are one of those people.   I presume that had the EU referendum gone the other way by the same margin then you would have dropped the matter entirely?

The sovereignty, as explained by the voice of reason is completely fucking dumb.

It is his contention that everyone knew what they were voting for. It is clear they did not.

Yes. Accepted the result and got on with things. Not still whinging for years after.

How so?

If I had been able to vote I would know exactly what I was voting for. In or out.

This is the old “Brexiteers are stupid” argument isn’t it?

What, like the DUP? Or June Mummery? Or John Redwood? Or Ben Habib? Or, oh you get the idea.

I was asked about my own position. I can’t speak for anyone else.

Even if the Remain camp had won by just one vote, they would have won.

Whichever way the referendum went you would will still get the disappointed people wanting a re run.

Any such calls from either side should just be ignored. The result is the result. It’s not even worth discussing.

By that logic no wrong decision would ever be reversed.

Like when people refuse to turn around even when they are driving in the wrong direction.
