Who on earth would invest in this project when it looks like a dump and a home for end of life mobile homes to park up. Latest earth moving project seems to have created a flat area which looks suspiciously like somewhere to dump motor homes for the winter. Do they not need planning to do stuff like that? Any suggestion that this eyesore is an eyesore or worse is shut down within PE commissioners. Three seasons this shit hole has been going on, thousands of tonnes of earth just being shunted around with no progress whatsoever. I suppose creating the IoM first trailer trash park is worth celebrating. Reayrt Vradda is a total Gypo caravan site, it’s a total shit dump and Port Erin Commissioners must be very proud of this blot on the landscape!!
Gizo
There’s this new Yellow bus thing advertising on FB which is to be a permanent fixture but they aren’t allowed. It’s so bent it’s unreal. another 1000 tonnes of earth shifted around the other week too. then you have the doi who added the traffic calming measure which since the doi assistance the road permanently floods when it rains. The “campsite” was a dumping ground last winter, the beach huts turned up. It’s almost certainly going to become a long stay parking depot as they will need to keep the income flowing. darenisepic
On a different note, the one at PE is scruffy how the heck did they get planning to approve it? I was under the impression it would be similar to their site and Glen Helen and not resemble a travellers site
