Ean Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 And where were you yesterday ans? I'm sorry ans but your dedication to the job just isn't good enough, we're going to have to let you go
ans Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 And where were you yesterday ans? I'm sorry ans but your dedication to the job just isn't good enough, we're going to have to let you go Ahh, yesterday I was masturbating constantly. You have me there.
ans Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 When he first started I thought I had caught him out as he wrote a quick reply once with no spelling mistales and good grammar. That made me think he was probably a right good troll. There's a simple reason why Steven didn't make it to Manxonline... community moderators. Previously on Manx.net, you had two people (Gary/Sarah) with access to the IP information. Say 'steven' had an arrangement with them that they wouldn't reveal that he was a regular user trolling. Now move forward to ManxOnline where there were a lot more moderators, perhaps people that they weren't overly friendly with and certainly people that 'steven' didn't want to find out about his big wheeze. Same situation as here. The person you're looking for is someone who posts regularly late at night, would be able to make an agreement with Sarah/Gary and is most likely still posting among us. They're also very unlikely to straight out confess to it for a long time.
ans Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 And where were you yesterday ans? I'm sorry ans but your dedication to the job just isn't good enough, we're going to have to let you go Ean, I'm sorry about this but I need today off for a course as well. Is that ok? I got up especially early this morning with the kids so I could post on my laptop while they played, just to try and appease you. I'll make it up tonight, I promise
Grib Posted June 25, 2004 Author Posted June 25, 2004 Re steven . . . and is most likely still posting among us.
Bill Posters Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 The person you're looking for is someone who posts regularly late at night, would be able to make an agreement with Sarah/Gary and is most likely still posting among us. I would be very surprised if either of them would be prepared to make such an agreement. Unless.........of course...........it was one of them!
Uni Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 I'm not upto speed on the above quotes, what you talking about?
Observer Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 A poster on manx.net (Steven) used to make very controversial posts which resulted in heated debates. He didn't transfer to ManxOnline and so there is speculation that the reason for this is that his identity would have been discovered (which it never was on Manx.net)
Observer Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 No, no - it was heated but very entertaining. It was never confirmed if he was just a clever troll or if he was a genuine poster.
Ean Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 Ans i see you've gone on the course without my prior permission, but I will let you off. Just to inform you I will not be in tonight, i have other important engagements.
ans Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 It's ok Ean, I'm back earlier than expected so I can cover your absence. Enjoy AA!
Ean Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 Pfft going to meetings is for wimps, i'll just take the alcoholic part thanks. Unless of course you meant the recovery service AA, in which case i can break engines already i don't need them to teach me to do it the correct way.
