Ean Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 Now come on, he's not fit to referee the merseyside under 11's tournament let alone a Euro 2004 match. He has not made a decision right all night, that includes decisions against both teams. Now IMHO England don't deserve to go through by todays performance but the referee has just hindered both teams.
Ean Posted June 24, 2004 Author Posted June 24, 2004 It's just beyond belief that someone who has got to this level can xxxx things up so monumentally throughout the match, Also the rooney booking, why? Either you let play carry on because he's lost his boot in a tackle or you stop play and give england a free kick because the opposition stopped him from playing properly or something. I'd love to see the reason for the booking in the post-match report. And now England are more than likely out because that ref xxxxed up, even if they didn't deserve to win on the basis of tonights performance.
zephyr Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 The ref has not only made an arse of this game, the last one was a farce as well
Ean Posted June 24, 2004 Author Posted June 24, 2004 Oh no they bloody well haven't lost. It was deserved because of the ref.
Mission Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 I Can't watch anymore, switched to BB, just switched back the second before England equalised. OMG, penalties looming now
Ean Posted June 24, 2004 Author Posted June 24, 2004 Hmm does screaming at the TV accomplish anything? Fingers and toes crossed, come on everyone! James hates set-pieces lets just hope he likes penalties.
Mission Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 Hmm does screaming at the TV accomplish anything? Err, dunno, worth a try though.
simon Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 Please don't let Beckham take one. Unless it goes in, of course.
