magneto Posted August 17, 2004 Posted August 17, 2004 States Terrorist Organisation. Terrorist :-One who utilizes the systematic use of violence and intimidation to achieve political objectives. They (The States of Guernsey) instill fear into the local population by prosecuting individuals for minor infractions of the planning law (giving them criminal records.) They imprison locals for selling goods on a Sunday. They violate Human Rights daily and use the local laws approved by their so called people's representatives to achieve this. They encourage property speculation and indorse ugly buildings whilst prosecuting the local population for minor alterations to their own properties who are only trying to survive in the place of highly inflated house/rent prices. They encourage immigrants to buy up houses and rent them to the locals at exuberant rents. I believe many immigrants are busy money laundering for the banks by legally buying up local guest houses, hotels, large houses in their name and converting them into single rooms so as to rent them out to other immigrants who need an address before being able to start a job in finance, horticulture or the construction going on within Guernsey. The rent being charged is paid each week in cash this equates to a lot of money being returned to the banks legally clean. One can see how the States ignore the local planning laws while prosecuting locals trying to survive the local persecution carried out by the States Terror Squads. As an example of the total disregard for their own planning laws they build temporary worker's accommodation at the airport, while I am being prosecuted for trying to live in my packing shed. They give away the local utilities to outsiders who then persecute the poor who receive benefit. They have local terror squads that go around spying and intimidating the local public. One of these persons attached to a terror squad is known as the weasel for his love of photography. The local population are terrified of these terror squads operating with the protection of the Crown who in turn is backed by the Home Office and the Police. Any one who even thinks about talking out is dealt with by using the local laws and resorting to English law if it suits their schemes to bring about a conviction. I am able to write like this as over the years the terror squads have ruined my reputation and taken away everything I owned. The only thing left is my life. I fear this will be next.
