I feel however someone who is under the "cosh" to my mind unfairly, at least deserves to have his side of the case put forward, even though he has not asked me to do so and I have not spoken to Jerry for some five years.

Before jumpimg to such hasty conclusions, perhaps study the full transcript of the judgement.

Jo Pack is a complete fucking wally. Been laying the groundwork for ages to set herself up for the Radio TT gig despite knowing absolutely fuck all about motorbikes or racing, which has been painfully evident during her cringe-worthy daily shows on Radio TT. Watching her around the paddock, she is just a complete arse licker with all the riders, many of whom can't wait to get away from hr or try and avoid her when they see her coming. Her only tangible involvement with motorsports is Tim Reeves' mechanic, if you know what I'm saying, hardly the qualification needed to be a roving TT presenter

So the Steam Packet want their monopoly protected by this User Agreement before they will invest in new/used ships, at the same time our Government won't let Ellan Vannin Line operate from Douglas, who, if allowed, will buy a ship to operate without any User Agreement.

Something stinks here, just who are the investors in the Steam Packet?, doe's our Government or any of it's members have a pecuniary interest here, then surely they can't stop another shipping line from operating from any port in the Isle of Man, it's the people who should decide.

Call a referendum on it.

I'm told that the Supervisors and union reps were called into a meeting today to be informed that the Racket has lost a third of its freight business in the past week. That's gonna hurt. Tesco, Shopshite and Graylaw have all gone to Mezeron. The union reps were told that redundancies are looking almost certain. This came from my mate who is in the unfortunate position of being a freight driver for the Racket.
