As delapidated as it was it still had large indoor spaces that could have been used for a variety of things. I suppose the problem was the cost of maintaining, staffing, heating the place.
Think it was this order (ie of better than nothing) :
Lord street bus station, kept you dry and there was a little snack shop while you wait.
Summerland went, taking a hell of a lot, never quite realised it was as big as it was.
the Cresent went (taking the venue with it).
The Castle Mona went, bowling went, food place went, nothings been done, been left to rot.
Can think of more.

Theoretically, import one brand new and it doesn't need to go through the test, or am I off the mark here?
I know in the UK any imports need to be SVA tested, not sure what the score is here though!
The turbines are heavy though, so it can't steer that wheel! and who wants a turbine between their legs!

T'was bored (Twice!) and went for a cycle, Went up Ramsey prom, Up past grand island, Down whatever that road is called!, Then down past the hospital, Down the highstreet and then home for some water!!
Saw you in the van coming out of parliament street though, That van actually shifted pretty quick!
If you saw the bike, Its yonks old, Very rusty!, Very heavy steel frame and no suspension, Can probably do about 25-30mph max!, lol!
Just a bit of exercise although had about 3 cars pull out on me and some dopey woman in a Mercedes stop dead without any warning because she spotted an empty space, I did do to much front brake so performed an unexpected stoppie and that made a couple of people laugh.
