You miserable little low life scum.
Far, far too personal and if I was this person there would be a lawyers letter on the way immediately, except of course you hide behind a forum name.
Jealous.....Didn't get the job maybe?
Forum bosses, I believe this to be slander. Please remove before this type of post gives those that dislike MF even more to complain about.
This evil little runt should be barred from ever posting again!
Brilliant. Get over yourself.

I am Alan Partridges love child KERED and I use quite a lot of toilet roll having read some of the sxxx on here. By the way, I fail to see what a roll of toilet roll in the studio has to do with radio professionalism.
Having a roll on such close standby does suggest that you might have a bad dose of the squitters though Chris which I'm sure is less than professional. I'm sure your listeners don't want to be left with the impression that on those long irritating and annoying advertising breaks; while they're being brain washed by some top quality annoying jingles you're pebble-dashing the inside of a musty port-a-loo like a Glastonbury professional!

Well thank you! I just find it amazing that such a clear odd ball didn't just slot right in and line up to consume 20 future years worth of gravy.

For the last time.....Oh never mind, I'd be wasting my time. If I revealed who I am, you still wouldn't believe, me so fuck off and play in the sand.
Why are you now claiming to be Christian's Asshole? Do you think it's amusing to make subliminal school boy jokes whilst trying to claim you have serious moral superiority?

You seem to have completely changed your opinion from your open democracy bullshit at election time.

He is not pissed off at all. It's not that he dislikes the rules, they are simply not fair! They may think they are big boy's but if they dropped their 'trousers' the ugly truth would be revealed.

Are you aware of just how much the cost of this 'cultural' indulgence costs the NHS? Why should the taxpayer carry the enormous financial burden foist upon it for no good reason?
I imagine 70% of NHS services in Norfolk are similarly allocated.

Yes but your angle is that Cretney wants to hide bike accidents related to bike riding or racing . Which he doesn't
Have you spoken to him about that or is that statement just more bullshit you've made up because you haven't got a clue?

See me? This is me not feeding the trolls.
Do We Give A **uck?

Oh yes it is.That's not even an argument.
Embarrassing.
In fact it is the only answer to your stupidity.
You are not a "Media Star" yourself by any chance. ?
Oh dear you really are embarrassing yourself Notty's angry dad. You clearly don't understand the word "commercial". It is blatantly unfair to take tax taxes off a business (that's employing people and paying taxes as a fully commercial enterprise) and use some of those taxes to make totally uneconomic investments into taxpayer funded competitors operating in the same market place in order to make that business more competitive. If they do actually put Energy or 3FM out of business they've actually killed a commercial enterprise that was solvent and contributing to our local economy (and employment) to keep a load of loss making government employees in jobs. It's completely mental, but then again it's totally par for the course in the IOM.

Notty's angry dad: You should just be embarrassed by that statement. It's simply foolish (and pathetic). They are running commercial radio stations and commercial stations have to have a large share of the available airtime to generate more advertising revenue. That's how normal businesses grow and make money. They compete with competitors. In the case of Manx Radio it's actually an insult to its competitors as it takes some of the taxes paid by them, and paid by wages they pay to their staff, and uses that money to try to put that business out of business by making uncommercial taxpayer investments to improve their facilities so they can take revenue off them. Talk of taking the absolute piss!

Wow, Notty's dad reveals where he got his lovely manners from.
No private business can compete with that. It's basically driving the competition into the ground using, ironically, some of the business taxes raised from the competition and from workers who work for the competition. It's a disgrace that tax money is effectively being used to potentially drive self supporting tax paying businesses out of business. Then last year the IOM Treasury have completely refurbished Manx Radios building with state of the art studios that Radio 2 would be proud of again at no cost to Manx Radio.
With all of these issues the Government make it deliberately difficult to compete.
Wit the Government opening the window for public consultation on SAVE surely this could be an area to look at?
Don't show yourself up anymore than you have already over this.
Why should Berry or Turner grow a pair? They've invested their own money into their stations. Not been given state of the art facilities free gratis by the taxpayer funded (in part at least) by tax their businesses and their workers have actually paid.
But their stations are shit by comparison to MR.
I can only presume you are not from around here. so know little of the history.
Shit according to you. Some angry old tosspot on an Internet forum.
Have you considered that maybe they're shit as they haven't had the money to invest into their businesses as they don't get a wall of free cash thrown at them every year? Maybe they're shit as they can't afford to invest millions in new studios which their competitors get build for free from taxes they contribute to? Every investment they have to make has to be approved by the shareholders and has to have some element of commercial reality to it. Not just receive free money from the government magic money fairy to spend on whatever grandiose uneconomic plan they choose.

How can any private business "up their game" when they have to invest their own capital and justify the investment to other shareholders and their competitors don't and just keep on getting more free money from the taxpayer to build even better facilities?

So Manx Radio spend more of their government money on a new on-line directory. Really? Is that their purpose?
I'm astounded that it was one of the lead items on their news coverage today.
But if you could kick off a new "business" with tons of free publicity subsidized by the taxpayer who are paying for your other business you would, wouldn't you?

Post office seems to do ok.
Yes, because it's so hard making a turn off absolutely everything that has to be posted to and from an Island 365 24/7

Fair play PJ. I've read both of Owen's books. I thought 'Chavs' especially astute.
On the chav theme to chart the start of it all I'd give the credit to Jarvis Cocker in 1995 for commenting that:
You will never understand
How it feels to live your life
With no meaning or control
And with nowhere left to go
Well those at the top probably have the same feelings now so the chavs have had their say. We're all in the same boat and it's scaring the crap out of a lot of people. It will be a complete disaster for the IOM too. I don't care how it pans out for the UK as they deserve whatever is coming.

And everyone else's. Just like Sturgeon.
Come on woolley. I think you'd agree there are reasonable posters on here who can agree to disagree on things and there are posters who refuse to accept anything that someone else posts. I don't agree with some things you post, and presume you don't agree with some of my views, but I think we are both adult enough to accept that people have different points of view. Those who are needlessly repetitive, abusive, or simply moronic in their response bring nothing to the debate.
You can't disagree with Woolley (or Woody2 or Quilp for that matter) or have a reasonable debate on Brexit or almost any other matter as he's clearly a sad blinkered Englishman who has clearly spent the last 20 years getting a stiffy about the prospect of the British Empire taking control again and the English being victorious over the Fuzzy Wuzzy's once more. The ultimate reality of the situation the UK and the IOM now find themselves in will never get a fair debate amongst the boring, repetitive, tunnel vision on show.
Despite this it's quite easy to bait the bores just to hear their fucking stupid views on the subject time, and time, and time, again at ever increasing volume.
