Are you familiar with setting up your router to login to the ADSL netowrk?
Not sure what ISP you use - it maybe possible for me to set you up with a temporary ADSL login to W-Manx - for 24 hours. (Make sure you have a copy of your current ISP login details)
If the player then works for you - it's probably a routing/geolocation issue with your current ISP.
