I’ve got no issues with houses going up on sheep fields. They are completely devoid of wildlife anyway. But my thoughts are -how many mature trees and established hedges do they plan to destroy -they need to only plant native bushes/ trees in the developmemt -plastic chav grass must be banned on the site those 3 would help to increase wildlife from a sheep field. infrastructure wise -tt access road won’t work with that additional traffic -those planned access roads to the estate won’t work in morning rush hour unless rbs -don’t see how palatine and the local schools could cope. -would need some way to cross peel road for pedestrians as it’s near impossible from that side going south at the moment In rush hour. An underpass is the only way I can see that works since they don’t like painting on the tt course. Oh and buy to let must be restricted to maximum 10% of the estate initially and a 10 year restriction on being able to let out once bought.

It will be a grey wagtail. They breed on the Isle of Man rivers. Yellow wagtails are rare migrants. Maybe 1 or 2 a year pass through. At places like langness, derbyhaven and the point of ayre. (Ie coastal migration points)

You are right. They know exactly where Al Qaeda are and Bin Laden. But are keeping pally pally with Pakistan. Pakistan wants to keep Afghanistan a vegetable state as its its historical enemy and the Usa wants to keep the world scared of Al Qaeda so they have licence to do what they like. It all stinks of sh1t.

Theres one thing that winds me up about all this. The septics are whinging cus Iran is funding/supplying terrorists to kill the yanks in iraq. But what about what the CIA have been upto for about 50 years. A pile of civil wars across the world has had some influence from the CIA. They fund, supply, train terrorists and militants everywhere to disrupt and kill just cus the White house doesnt think whichever government is in charge is being friendly to the USA. How many russians died in the afghan war cus of the CIA/yanks (and british for that matter) involvement in training/supplying and funding the mujghadeen (cant be arsed spelling it) does my nut in either do it yourself and take it when u get it back or dont do it at all. *now goes into hiding from the FBI. *
