I'm not on fibre but have Sure VDSL2+ 200/20 but don't get anywhere near 200Mb down. My go to is structured communications in London for tests and its 14ms. I have a short copper run to the cabinet so only lose a millisecond or so against full fibre until it goes onto cab fibre so shouldn't make that much of a difference. Tests between on Island providers are pointless IMHO as there is no peering between them so traffic MT > Sure leaves the Island and comes back and vice versa.
