John - do you use an iPhone or an android phone ? If an iPhone please note that you can add the pass to your Apple wallet - this may be convenient for you for offline use.

Also, if you have concerns about providing PII to obtain a vaccine certificate then you can call 0808 1624 119 when convenient 24 hours a day 7 days a week and they will issue a certificate in the post.

Why do you say they won't have seen the vaccination certificate before ? Have you downloaded yours and looked it it - you do know that the QR code is verified using a PKI infrastructure ?

I think you might find that people do care, and that when the NHS Covid Pass launches (soon) for Manx residents that you'll have few concerns in this regard.
