I think I'd be too nervous of fire to have a bread maker baking things whilst i was in bed. We had the fairy lights go up a few years back, nearly burnt the bloody place down.

I have a great knead for Ramsey Bakery bread, i really much prefer it to any of the sweetened preservative ridden bread that gets flown in. Personal choice. Anyway, he should use his loaf and fly the yeast in.
