Yes indeed ... we should be concentrating on the fact that they think that they can just impose a new tax because they screwed up in the past.
As far as the Rates are concerned, 10% of my bill goes to the Commissioners - the other 90% (roughly) goes to the Water Authority - about 710 pounds per annum. Now personally, I think that is more than enough for them to waste annually...
What's the next devious little plan, and how much ?
