I think it was subcontracted and done at the weekend when the DoI seemingly can't be arsed sending anyone down to monitor the work.

The award for worst resurfacing job must go to Finch Road. A fortnight since it was done we already have two potholes and a surface that is simply falling apart. Cracking job......literally.

I bet they wish they'd just chucked a few extra percent on the rates now. Few people would have batted an eyelid. Yes it's badly implemented but people need to get used to the fact that even with staff cuts the government will still need extra revenue so we'll end up paying something extra somewhere. It's inevitable and I very much doubt this will be the last new charge.

They've probably sneaked in a £200 charge to take a dump on an MHK's doorstep.
