Living Hope Church - wolves, money and healing - again
Sam T replied to Heffalump's topic in Local News
Ok. Sod this... I had left the thread because I felt the immediate matter "dealt with". 1) How do you know he "was at the centre"? 2) Church and Hell are extremely subjective and I would expect more than simple throwing of shade. "How many relationships YOU destroyed"? "Involvement at leader level"? "Come out free"? Ad hominem attacks are de rigeur on the internet. Baseless attacks smearing an entire working business are a different matter entirely. -

I know what Riverside Limited and La Villa Parrilla Limted encompass, I fucking own them!!!! The latter part of your "assertion, to whit All linked to The LH Church and Mr Christian via clear connections at companies registry. " is just full on inaccuracies. -

Ok Optimist. Show me the "clear links" to Living Hope. Show me, I "double dare" you. Prove a link, absolutely prove it beyond "reasonable doubt". I "triple dare you". Prove the causal links to your allegations of fact and, as an officer of the company and indeed the absolute owner of the company, I will investigate. I'll wait. Sidebar: Admins. I know this is the Isle of Man and "skeet" holds sway but really? I employ over 100 people full time, nearly 200 including part time and any amount of full on excrement is allowed to be chucked out on ",Manx Forums"? That's your business model no doubt but FFS, it is tiresome. -

Indeed , I'm not objective. Far from it. After all, these are my businesses that you and others see fit to disparage without the merest scintilla of proof. Indeed, your verbal diarrhoea is pretty much allowed to vomit all over the internet without the merest hint of checks or balances. As for disproving it? Are you having an issue I should be aware of? After all, slinging all kinds of keyboard related effluent would seem to be your M.O. As for "disproving it?", short of publishing MY company filings (which Bub, ain't happening on the internet) I'll accept that you are simply someone with some kind of religious beef who has found a new target to latch onto. Regarding Adrian Christian: he's my business partner, he's my brother in law, he's a mate, yes he's found a religious path but in no way shape or form do that crowd of zealots hold sway over MY business. I cannot, and will not, make it any clearer. Happy to meet IRL and spell it out to to you with puppets and crayons. -

Slow hand clap. Well done Optimist, you can read company filings. Now, direct me to the filing that states that Mr Christian is a card carrying member of Living Hope. I'll wait. -

Personally Ativa, I wholeheartedly agree. However, it seems that my membership here has been predicated upon various keyboard individuals chatting complete bare about one or more of my businesses. Apologies, if it is brought to my attention I will defend. Note that I will always be polite -

I'm Sam. You have a problem with people who take God into their lives? Not my bag admittedly, but I fail to see the relevance? Enlighten me. -

No Optimist. It really isn't. I am not entirely sure what axe you have to grind but if I were you, I'd be grinding it elsewhere. Interesting that your account was created a mere 50 minutes ago, I'm assuming you're a troll. However, I'd leave well enough alone if I were you. You have no freakin' idea what you're talking about and you're just mugging yourself off. -

Hi Optimist. Sorry to piss on your chips but, as the owner of Riverside Limited and Co-owner of La Villa Parrilla Limited, I can confirm that my business partner is no longer involved in Living Hope Church and indeed has not been for at least a couple of years. As for any previous involvement with any of my businesses and Living Hope: yes there have been allegations, no, none of them are in any way shape or form accurate. Living Hope Church has never, ever had any influence or sway in how I operate MY businesses. To intimate otherwise is without base or foundation and should be discounted as the keyboard musings of someone who has nothing better to do with their time than throw shade. In other words dude (or indeed dudette) Check yourself before you wreck yourself -
Hello SJR. The catering truck isn't mine.. it is a temporary measure that MNH put in whilst refurbishments are taking place so that there would be a limited catering service during weekends and half term, mainly so that there would be someone on site to open the toilets. Kind regards, Sam

Thanks Kopek Fortunately, Mrs T and I have worked together before, it went pretty well.

Good afternoon quilp, I haven't heard (unintentional, honestly) anything in this regard as of yet.

Good evening x-in-man, rest assured we will be changing the coffee. We will be introducing freshly ground espresso drinks (from a bona fide Barista machine I hasten to add) as well as a good quality filter coffee. Kind regards Sam Are we to expect City of London type pricing on the food and drinks? Well I do have overheads, but the short answer is no.

Its the same people, what a wonderful place to meet with Jesus! No, I'm not the same people although, in the spirit of full disclosure, my business partner is the franchisee for CR(IOM) and my wife currently manages their Castletown store (though she's heading up the road with me when we open) Kind regards Sam

Good afternoon "The Lurker", No, there's no truth to that rumour at all. Kind regards Sam

I think that is the mistake others, including Dobbo, make. Bit of a captive customer base when the sound is probably the most scenic and beautiful place on the island. The place had been neglected for a while along with the quality of food and I often got the impression that customers were treated like visitors to the islands hotels in days gone by, as in charged too much for little as there was always another one tomorrow. I wish Sam T and his firm the very best in their venture and I'm sure the place will be much better than before as last time we went down, they were filling skips with all the kitchen equipment. Good evening dilligaf (is it wrong that I read your user name in a "Kevin 'Bloody' Wilson" voice?) It is somewhat facile for me to say that we are entering into our contract with Heritage with a "different mindset", but hopefully we will show that we are. I am hugely aware that, commercial relationships aside, we are stewards for one of the Island's premier spots and we are hoping to do it justice. This means both in terms of the food quality and, more importantly, the level of customer service. It is going to be challenging, but I trust that the things we can bring to the table, both literal and metaphorical, will be a significant asset to the island.

Good evening Rhumsaa, hopefully you and your Dad will make it down for Sunday lunch: It won't be a carvery, but it will be up to my usual standards.

I was a big fan of the "mushrooms" outside the original shed

Good evening, We are looking to have the Sound Cafe open on the first of March. At this moment in time, we have various contractors engaged in a number of different tasks, hopefully it will all come together on schedule Whilst we don't expect that everything will be in place on the first, we do anticipate that we will be good to open. I hope that helps clarify a little for you. Kind regards Sam Chef and Director at Riverside Ltd.
