This was because I disconnected the output hose from the drain and left it on top of the machine whilst re-tiling the floor. Unfortunately I didn't tell anyone not to use the machine. Short story is the water got inside and has blown a few tracks on the power PCB. If you want the machine , please take it. It's free !!!
