Just think options should be left open. Not everyone uses a smart phone. I don't pay for parking because the branch is down the street, there for me is no expense. In UK we suffered online fraud with our bank account, and it was such a difficult thing to resolve. I decided I didn't want to go through that again.

Worse people are frustrated because many transferred their accounts to Barclays after the closure of HSBC, on the promise that Barclays would not be closing. It really is just big business trying to continue on the cheap. What I hate is the total lack of consideration for customers.

Just been into Barclays in Ramsey. It appears that as from May the Ramsey branch will only be open on Monday and Friday. Disgraceful. And the decision has been made in the UK. Spoke to counter staff who told me to submit a formal complaint, which I have done. Sorry but not everyone wants to transfer cash online, not everyone is physically able to go to other branches, and not everyone can drive! Hate the fact that customers are just assumed to go with the flow!

The problem I have with road tax here is that in the UK if you get higher rate mobility you are exempt from road tax even if you are not the registered keeper, so in the UK because my husband drives me around he used to get the exemption, here you have to be the registered keeper! Which mad considering many disabled including myself don't drive. I suppose asking for parity with the UK is too much to ask.

Personally I have no regard for royals, but I do know that transportation of goods around Douglas, Onchan for today has been severely hampered by this visit. Many being cancelled or delayed.

I have one floor board that has lifted up by the living room door. Either needs to be repaired or replaced. Anyone have any ideas who can help with a price that doesn't break the bank please?
