Grant, I have been out the grand total of 3 times this year, and have managed to get myself 'spotted' twice in this thread! I have to say, I was totally blown away by This Is England (IMDb) last night. I had only just moved to the UK in 1983, and it gave me a real snap shot of what was going on in that time. Beautifully written, directed and cast. Would recommend it highly.

This is one of my favourites Superhero Lost . It has been floating round the net for a few months now, but still amuses me every time I see it. It does contain slight spoilers if you are watching Season 2 on Ch4/E4, so be warned.

I went to KWC and we had a brilliant English teacher called Mr Hoy - he was the only person I have ever been taught by who made English interesting. There was also a chemistry teacher called Mr Wharton who seemed to enjoy whacking the lads with a slipper.
