Wow! That's real fast!

I have only known Minister Hooper from a distance. However last week I observed a presentation to a group of MHKs when he walked in late, kept interrupting the speakers and came across as quite aggressive and disruptive. It was thanks to the diplomatic chair that the meeting did not disintegrate. I don't think it'd be easy to work with him on a regular basis. It is possible that he perhaps had a bad day.

It's a safe bet to say that the audtor general's report will be bland and may suggest some minor savings without rocking the boat
