Its amazing they haven't had to build another primary school in Peel when you think of how many houses have been built out there.

The Department is working with a local coach operator to help them service cruise ship visits rather than competing against it

On Island Patient transfer, where clinical standards are increasing beyond what can be expected from a bus service, are transferring to Manx Care to deliver on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care
- The Department is working with schools and the Department of Education, Sport and Culture to give them control of travel during the day to swimming pools, etc
So these are things that happened, where they tried to kill Tours, took the patient transfers from the red cross (and taxis) and tried to steal schools parent funded minibuses. Interesting consultation.
I think they'll probably put my responses through the shredder, even though I like the buses generally.

Government might not be too pleased as they own the old Strix site.
Well I did not know that. I was told iom enterprises owned it. Government should sell it anyway, good plot in need of redevelopment. What are they holding it for anyway, just letting the building fall to bits?

They were planning of shops on the old Whitestone garage site. Dunno what happened to that.
They were granted planning ages ago, and got it extended last year.

Shoprite should put the wilkos site and the block behind it up for sale really. And the garage in ballasalla too. Stop just hogging land.

Villa are good. Emery is a smart manager, he's got the team mostly playing well and they've got a superstar centre forward. They lost three key players to season ending injuries too.
They don't have much of a plan B though, so if a team can stop them from doing plan A then things don't go so well which is why they've had a few heavy defeats, but that's ok I'd suggest.
Leon Bailey keeps getting better too, he looked promising when he signed but erratic, he's improved a lot.
I hope the board back Emery in the summer, if he wants it. Good times at Villa Park, quite surprised by @Holte End post really. I'd expect villa fans to be thrilled.

There is so much to consider about this, to get it right, that it is likely too hard for our politicians to actually do. And that's not me shitting on them either, it's really really complex.
Because I'm instinctively for it I've sought out some decent people who are opposed just to hear what they've got to say. It's been interesting. A couple I've broadly dismissed cos they were so religious and I told them so too, but some of the others have really strong valid points. Especially regarding coercion and dementia.
Everyone knows nothing moves fast on the Isle of Man but I sort of feel that this, unusually, perhaps is.

He's probably been asked about it directly from some of his constituents.
There is some complete wanker been driving around Castletown and presumably other places in this stupid tiny little blue car that might be a fiat panda with a ridiculous rumbling exhaust that screams 'look at me I'm a giant dickhead'.
Might have caught someones attention.

it's a good 'un - but, on balance, I think I prefer Vanishing Point.
Most people do and there's nothing wrong with that.
XTRMNTR is extraordinary though, it's so aggressive and angry and just noisy. It had a big effect on me when it came out.

Some firms don’t even use all their vowels:-
Investment house Standard Life Aberdeen has announced a new name - with most of its vowels removed.
The firm said its new name "Abrdn" would still be pronounced "Aberdeen", but that the rebrand would make it "modern" and "dynamic".
In a video posted on Twitter, it said the "A" would be taken from "Standard Life", rather than Aberdeen.
The decision drew some jokes online from those who were not impressed by the name change.
"Our new brand Abrdn builds on our heritage and is modern, dynamic and, most importantly, engaging for all of our client and customer channels," said chief executive Stephen Bird.
Just fans of XTRMNTR by Prml Scrm obviously
