  1. That's him. He was giving CH "legal advice" during his trial. Not very good advice given the outcome.
  2. I have reason to believe that the person currently in control of Courtenay Heading's twitter account is not his wife but a friend of CH called "John Patrick Cleary" who seems to be the UK-based puppet master behind CH's delusions.
  3. It's 2024, not 1824. To be seen doing something on social media is better than to read that a question was asked last week in Tynwald.
  4. They weren't there today. But that doesn't mean they won't be there in future. However, without a leader they may be lost.
  5. You got me. Tires. Tyres. The rubber things that cover the metal thing that rotate to make the bigger thing go forward 😂
  6. He was given a written warning by the police in November 2022. He ignored it for a month and then sent a "two fingers up" email back to the Police in December 2022 saying he was going to "air and share" on Twitter instead. Which he did. Extensively. To the point where I had to install a security system and alarms whilst also dealing with a baby born Feb 23.
  7. Which law/act? I'm still none-the-wiser here. Happy to tell Michelle she might have broken the law in doing so but you really do need to specify the laws instead of just saying it's an offense. Could an accident have been caused if a car drove over a daffodil? What would a daffodil collision result in? Cats are pretty crap at jumping out in the road. Is a daffodil worse than a bolting cat? Are people prosecuted for hitting a cat? Should people be prosecuted for hitting a daffodil?
  8. How do flowers do that? Surely they just get flattened under tires. Tires that dip into those holes and the tracking that gets screwed up as a consequence? Honestly, planting some flowers in the holes to highlight a problem isn't the problem here. It's the DOI not having sorted or maintained the road over the last few years. Trash the DOI, Albert.
  9. Which law? I'm looking forward to her geraniums brightening up the road if it hasn't been resurfaced later this year. We seem to be able to find the money to resurface bits and pieces of the TT Course but little else. My road took 2 years to fill the pot holes after I reported it to Onchan Commissioners.
  10. I've been a bit reticent in replying to this thread, for obvious reasons. However, it's fair to say that the press only reported on about 1% of the evidence provided to the Courts (tbf they have a word limit!). The evidence submitted to the court by the prosecution during the trial in January 2024 covered almost 7 YEARS worth of online harassment. CH's behaviour during his sentencing hearing was abhorrent. He was guilty and he saw his sentencing as his appeal hearing, and he subsequently caused enough trouble that he was at one point threatened with physical re-location to the dock by the High Bailiff, and at a later time in proceedings threatened with physical re-location to the cells. I and a police officer had to sit amongst 6 of his T-shirt-clad acolytes in the viewing area. I'm not sure any of them knew I was there nor recognised me as the victim, which is telling as to their blind ability to follow CH regardless of his impact upon others. They were also vocal in their dislike of the proceedings. Many thanks to the police, prosecution and judiciary in this case. Today I went to Ramsey. I had a lovely walk with the baby around the harbour, shops and main street. I bought some eggs at the farmers market. It's been almost four years since I was able to do that without fear of being abused in the street by CH.
  11. Good on her. It's a creative way of demonstrating the problem at hand.
  12. I know. I fixed it pretty much immediately because it didn't "look right". Had to google it an everything. Not every day that you have to use that word these days. Says a lot really.
  13. Proof that misogyny still exists in 2024. "It's a personality clash", "it would be different if they were men". Jesus Christ. It's 2024. These views should have been discarded half a century ago.

The Manxman's webcam is still live. It's a bit choppy out there: https://www.steam-packet.com/blog/manxman-voyage/
  15. Not at all. However, you appear to be a first class coward who creates accounts to abuse people. Would love to have the mods do an analysis of the IPs and emails that you're using to set these accounts up.
