That f'ing sheep bin tar for 6 f'ing days!!!!! I think this is indicative of the "not my job" which is typical of the MANX mentality! You know how many people walk along there, the Borough regularly clean that area (trash cans).... and that dead carcass is still there? Perhaps the abattoir has found a new dumping ground?!

Because the "commissioners" are responsible for their area. THEY should have called the relevant department... why, oh why are the "authorities" never accountable? Well, for the 5th day walking along the Old River walkway, it's been delight after delight to stop and chat with Meg, the dead sheep. She never complains or moves. I think she's being ignored. Can you imagine how lonely she is? I think the Commissioners need to go down and console her. Yet another disgrace where dead animals are left to rot and breed unwanted larvae..... Ramsey Commissioners should be ashamed! 6 days!!!!

So, for all the businesses here, not Bulgaria, if we allow 130 individual companies (let alone the farmers, then what's left? FFS, 200,000litres/50,000gallons/day????? Go get a lesson on quantities..... this is far too much. However, if they decide to collect their own water (and there's alot of clouds about) then that would make sense.... I think you don't get the volume of 1 company.... and I don't care what rate they pay (even though, they will probably get it free if the former CM has anything to do with it).... why would I have to suffer a ban and they would not?
