  1. I spotted this on FB. Dreadful. How can a media professional make such an error?
  2. Try to look on the bright side. The radar is still working...........is it?
  3. that doesn't involve organised golfing holidays.
  4. The thinking on this one certainly wasn't "joined up." The Port Erin problem was spotted by Gizo on MF over a month ago, but it took teams of experts and a heavy rain shower before they saw their mistake. My guess opposite Marashen crescent entrance by Ballamaddrell. Furthermore, can I also note that the houses opposite Milner close will probably flood too as they have decided not to put a pavement curb outside these houses. 5. It was Island Drainage & Groundworks that did Finch Rd, which by pure coincidence is the same contractor responsible for the section of Peel Rd from QB to Ballakermeen. They seem to know a lot more about Government Procurement than they do about making roads. Currently they also seem to be experts on fitting new kitchens in government/commissioners' houses in Castletown. Let's hope they get an expert in to take care of the sink waste pipes.
  6. Doesn't "Drainage" refer to taking the P?
  7. John Moss also referred to Pool Road, which I think is perfect and should stick.
