It's called lower Nelson Street. Upper Nelson street is where the picture framing shop is next to HSBC. If only there was some authority to which we could delegate responsibility for dealing with bins sensibly and keeping the streets free from crap and dead seagulls.... Oh well. Has hundreds of different themes and I don't think you'll find any other place that can rival the variety and according to the site, you can drop the item off in Onchan.
