How many employees are there at MR ?, from what i can see, each presenter does about 3 hours each per day, ( appart from stu peters who does just 2 hours ), that works out at about 4 per day, ( there seems to be 3 of them on woman today), and there must at least 4 different news readers, not to mention managers, under managers, engineers, and program editors, that cant be cheap. But i would expect MR to make a profit just from the advertising revenue alone from the TT fortnight, if not, i am sure another radio station with a business plan, could make the numbers add up, and make a profit.

Could "Duke "Marketing" provide a better radio commentary of the TT ?

Is this the first renewal time, is there likely to be another option, another radio sation that can do it better / for less?

So i assume he`s not singing "its off to work we go " any more?

What is he doing now ?

I assume the the cost of turning back and re-scheduling has a cost for the steam packet, ( seems to be a few times a year) do they just absorb the cost, or can they make a claim on the injured passengers medical insurance ( assuming they have such ) ?

FOM ( MGP ) is all OAP`s so probably won`t matter a great deal.

So are they still sticking to the original time frame of the road being closed, or will the road closure be extended ?

It maybe that there is a cost / labour element to taking the signs down and putting them back out again ?

But if the road closed signs where up, ( as there where when i drove through yestreday )but the road wasn` t actually closed, would you still be commiting an offence of driving on closed roads ( as in TT week ) ?

That just sounds like an excuse, never heard of a "White Line Removal Machine", why cant they do anything untill they remove the white lines with the "white line removal machine", they normally just stand there with a spade " looking busy"

Richmond hill, there seems to be confusion, is it open, or closed, came through yesterday, and today with boards showing closed, but it was open, is it an offence to travel on it when it says it is closed, but is open ?

You could say the same thing about the MEA loan, in that case the answer would have to be yes.

We need to keep that bit quiet, We lost two thirds of our VAT refunds, we cant afford to loose anymore !
