  1. Fynoderee Manx Gin, I bought some for a family treat recently (£36 a bottle), it is nice but soo fucking dear, so much so that I will not be buying it again and will go for a reasonably priced Gordons Gin. This brand is so expensive, I would love to support local Manx industry but this Manx brand is beyond my budget. Manx to the Max expense.

I wonder whatever happened to Mr Coole the Ballakermeen swimming teacher? He was sadistic.

What do you expect when the Minister is Graham Cregeen! I always blame the electorate of Arbory, Castletown and Malew for voting him in as an MHK in the first place, you get what you deserve Arbory, Castletown and Malew however in this case he is affecting every IOM tax payer. Not fit for purpose springs to my mind everytime I hear of him.
  5. One thing springs to mind here, one of the Fairy Houses were ironically set up in Skelly's constituency, I have no idea where the others are and if there are any connection with other members constituencies!!! I am sooo cynical.
  6. I am going to buy this DVD and thank you so much Jonny Moss for telling us all. Can I just have one tiny little rant about Jonny Moss and I do not mean to be nasty (as it's Christmas etc) but listen to one of his interviews just to see if it's only me that hears him constantly butting in and interrupting answers to questions he has asked, no offence Jonny, just let the person being interviewed bloody finish answering you. Happy Christmas Manx Radio and Stu my family love you and your great lunchtime listening and banter :-) LT
  7. Which MHK or MLC is leading this? It smells very much of Skelly!
  8. From above to below WOOPS 3FM eating massive humble pie :-) Lol http://www.three.fm/news/isle-of-man-news/3fm-to-set-the-record-straight/
  9. Manx Radio is supported by an Isle of Man Government Subvention that all us IOM Taxpayers subscribe to by default! In fairness to Manx Radio their Isle of Man current affairs programmes and better local news reporting is way above the competition so at present I am happy to support their better service delivery, that said, they need to pull their socks up as the competition are literally biting at their ankles.
  10. It is still there on Google Albert, I don't think I have the right to add her pic fella!!

  20. Dont remember Mr McGuigan, but I do remember Ernie. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Bugger it wasn't McGuigan.....it was Mr McQuillan. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think Mr McQuillan was a metalwork teacher and latterly head of the craft section of Balla. When I was there around 1975 to about 1978ish Mr McQuillan was quite strict, however I met him about three years ago at an open evening for my son and Mr McQuillan had mellowed quite a bit (probably because he was about to retire) Quite saddened by the above quote/post from The Scope regarding Robbie Teare, I just hope it is wrong Last Ten
  21. That was Putty Kelly I actually seen the guy in Strand Street last week, didn't teach me but I can remember him at Balla... Pretty sure his wife worked in Ballakermeen as well!? Last Ten
