  12. I had a credit card transaction denied today. I asked the credit card company why and they said it is because I have a freeze setup on "abroad" transactions. Yet another issue.

The current berthing facility is nearing the end of its operational life and the decision was taken to relocate the facility providing new and improved facilities. Planning Permission is to be sought and the City Council is seeking highway funding to deliver a new access road to take traffic to the new site directly via Waterloo Dock and to reduce congestion on the Waterfront.
