Again, it will much depend on who we get in comin.

Ive made no effort to hide that until I am actually elected, and my peers are defined... Its impossible for me to promise a delivery method, as my game plan will have to be adjusted according. With the current admin. This could be done, this way. One pharmacist.

For me I was seeking evidence of awareness of how Tynwald works

I am going to presume from your answers that you're favouring a networking approach to win over a majority of colleagues?

Perhaps she took offence with the interviewer? She could have smiled, at least she was getting airtime, both on video and radio interview. There are some people on this island that have many issues (and there are many who don’t get a look in) and would relish an interview with the Nations Propaganda Mouthpiece, to highlight their issues. There are also some unfashionable issues which are not brought to the public’s attention.

why do you have to smile when being interviewed?

you think she should be toothy grinning and grateful to be given a chance to be interviewed?

    what a bizarre view

Or someone internally at a high rank goes trawling through all your personal social media pages picking fault and trying to make an issue that isn’t actually there.

    ‘Not bullying’ though.

My main concern IS medicinal. Though, I do believe it should be decriminalised for adult's use of recreational. VERY basically, this is the ideal way.

    1. Get cannabis into patients who need it. The quickest root is private prescription. Not the fairest, but the quickest to get meds. This WILL take pressure off of our health service. Whilst doing this have Professor Nutt, or the main pain specialist in the cannabis industry of the UK(can't remember his name right now, will find out) to train pharmacists and consultants to prescribe.

    2. Determine whether it should be decriminalised or legalised for recreational via public consultation. Then prep for negotiations with UK home office in order to protect our customs/VAT agreement.

    3. Develop a substance abuse strategy, ie. DUIs etc etc.

    4. Decide which outlets can sell and where we can import from. *this is hard work*

    5. Begin marketing or building infrastructure to process hemp. *expensive-though step 4 WOULD pay for this*

So that's all well and good but...

How are you going to get to step 1?

This is perfectly legal, provided I don't share the recording and I advise the person I am meeting, that I am doing so.

when you say "don't share" I assume you're taking the stance that as long as you don't let someone listen you're ok compared to repeating the discussion in another format?

What prompted that outburst? Did MR not ask him about the tribunal costs when he is on?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but he seems to be suggesting Facebook should employ someone with detailed knowledge of local matters, to read every post connected to the Island and approve it.

Yeah I thought that was odd, I think basically what he wanted to say was that the media outlets that run the story should then fact check each comment and delete on behalf of DBC but when faced with a journalist saying that and throwing "facebook police" out he went with the safer option of global faceless FB

Quirk hasn't stood since he was voted out. Despite his mess with Manx Gas which resulted in the higher prices he has managed to get himself elected as a Commissioner in Onchan so who knows, if he Granny Farms well enough he might stand and get elected. I sincerely hope not but with newcomers like Leather and others he might be the lesser evil.

How many MHK elections in Onchan have there been since he lost in 2016 that we've all been unaware of?

In the UK candidates are regularly parachuted in or are journeymen from constituency to constituency until they are elected somewhere.

Because there is a party system so the person is not so important

Also it's not just Assface who deserves the stick, that dickhead education minister who said 'schools are perfectly safe go to school' only to shut them 2 days later with 100 odd infections deserves a beating. In fact the whole fucking lot of them who MET VIRTUALLY while saying everything is fine 2 days before LD3 should be dumped out immediately.

the one people say might be next CM?
