Ah Kate is too Busy running her Homecare empire to even care whats going on in government anymore ..... just think how much of the prom could have been done with all that tarmac, all they needed to do was remove one of the horse tram tracks completely from the prom, move the remaining one to the centre of the road and just lift the old tarmac and lay fresh tarmac then they can not worry about the prom for another 40 years ...but since the contracts have been torn up for the Prom job think Colas hit them for the 'Loss of potential earning clause' as they have been stockpiling product in preparation to resurface the whole prom so have laid out big money for No return ....
