nipper
It was a fantastic show tonight. Lots of hard work and superb choreography for all the dancing numbers. 20 years shipwrecked on the Calf of Man can do strange things to a fellow indeed. A very enjoyable evening. Lonan3
Can anyone spot the sketch I 'helped' to write?
nipper
Give us a clue Lonan3. There was certainly a lot of material that could well have been derived from these forums in general. Could anyone tell me if the back drops for the Northern Farmers theme are Gaiety sets? Good to see Juan Watterson MHK depicted as being dressed as a schoolboy in shorts. er, not that I have any particular thoughts about Juan Watterson dressed as a schoolboy in shorts, just that I thought it was spot on, sort of thing. I have to say that I was absolutely mesmerised by some of the dancing. I must get a front seat in the stalls next year.
Albert Tatlock
Can anyone spot the sketch I 'helped' to write? Was it the one about the helpful taxi driver, who pulled in (using his indicators ) to help the local down and out businesman who'd broken down, and when they got talking about the recession the taxi driver said: 'the one thing about being a taxi driver is that you don't have to worry about being fired from a good job.' Lonan3
A bunch of farmers fucking sheep in wellies, I can how that is so appealing. 1. I've been writing bits & pieces for it for years - never failed yet. 2. You should go along to see it some time - but don't forget to take someone to explain the jokes to you. 3. Please, die very soon.
