Chinahand
I've been listening to Matt Diallahunty on the Atheist experience for a while. It's an interesting show and Matt is one acute communicator. This segment where he discusses with a Theist how to improve her relationship with her dying atheist daughter is moving, and sums up the man quite well. Zarley
Thanks for posting that, China. My grandson and I really enjoyed it. He'll no doubt be watching it over and over and over.... Anything with wheels, that boy! 😂
Chinahand
Quite an interesting Q&A session between Elon Musk and senior members of the US National Academies of Sciences and Engineering. He briefly discusses some of the detailed engineering of using stainless steel for his tanks vs lined CFRP and the need for MLI insulation for the fuel storage needed for landing on the moon/Mars, but most of it is quite a high level/esoteric discussion on humanity needing to be a multi-planetary species to survive. Hearing the world’s richest man discuss his ambitions to interested astronomers, engineers and academicians is slightly surreal, but maybe worth an hour and a half of your time! The giggling young Musk offspring at the start and the Academician's cat at the end both successful steal the show!
Chinahand
I read Prof Jerry Coyne's WEBSITE everyday. Recently he's been posting the Auschwitz Museum tweets which so clearly contrast both humanity and inhumanity. Today's post is particularly poignant. We will, must, remember and strive; never again. Chinahand
The world lost an articulate proponent of free speech and freedom of thought on this day in 2011. Miss ya Hitch. Sock it to 'em one more time. 1

Chinahand
A bit of light relief, but also a pretty incredible story of commitment, compromise and longevity. Good on them - being together 81 years. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-beds-bucks-herts-59979000
