A 15mph blanket (or bedspread?) limit needs to be implemented immediately before any more of these tragic incidents occur. Some people obviously need protecting from themselves. No helmet, no leathers, no boots, no gloves - sheer lunacy! Looks to me like someone gets far too much pension if they can afford high performance machines like this one.
