How on earth would we fund 11,000 PS workers and their pensions and 30+ politicians and their lackies grandiose ideas and fuck ups if we couldn't rip off the adjacent island's taxation agreements on what appears to be getting a regular basis? OK Mr Thomas "How?" "How is this information going to shape and develop government policy?" The information just tells you that the electorate think you're a bit rubbish. Now presuming the government don't want to be a bit rubbish then how has this information got value in helping to formulate policy? It hasn't. It's just weasel words....
