The majority of the persecution is worst in islam-dominated countries. It's the same fate which befalls Jews. The Holy See estimates 100,000 christians are killed every year because of some relation to their faith and the OpenDoor christian charity estimates 200 million christians around the globe go about their daily lives at risk of fundamentalist, ideological persecution. Even fox did not cover it. Anyway, the hunt comments are just an appeal to the US evangelicals and fox news.. If fox mentions it, trade deals with US to come.
