K.os Theory
OK I don't think this has come up before on this particular forum so I'm interested to see what kind of debate this throws up... I realise it's hard to pick one game over any others so my idea was to pick genre specific games... Here we go FPS : GoldenEye on Snes ( perfection?? ) Beat em up : Virtua Fighter 4 3rd person action : GTA Vice City ( I'm still having fun in the sun ) Racing game : micro-machines on the SNES RPG : Dark Chronicle ( if anyone is into RPG's this is the deepest and most rewarding one out there on any platform ) Sports : ( a real toughie and too close to pick one ) THUG and Pro Evolution 3 I'm sure there are other genres and games out there that I've just plain forgotten about. Jools
I wasnt sure whether Beneath A Steel Sky was strictly RPG or not, but it was a really good game in its day, as was Monkey Island, another classic. Forgot about Sensible Soccer! those goals from the halfway-line just cant be done in today's games
