I've seen prosecution files for the most bizzare crimes you can imagine, even a case of beastiality.

That's mandatory in places like Foxdale. It does not surprise me that the case never got pursued. The chap probably shagged somebody elses sheep and forgot to pay for it then bunged the farmer £20 and it never went to court.

I think I remember the beastie case and it did go to court.

Knew the person involved (only by sight!).

was he usually surrounded by sheep and looking flustered?

I share your worries + concerens here nessa! :(

But i do have grave concerns about these people who use consenting adult prostiutes turning into rapists if they cant pay for sex.

Thats not 2 say i belive adult prostitution is justified ect my own view is irrelevant!

But im more concered here with the child sex industry in other countries, i dont care if its in other contries, its STILL my biusness!!!

The child sex slave industry in india ect is just horrible! india has one, if not the worse record of child slave abuses on the planet.

Its not actually "prostution" thats going on here, its the systematic RAPE of little children by horrible peadifiles!

Unfortunatly quite oftern the very people in india ie the police who are suposed 2 protect + prevent this evil trade are the ones who are actually encouraging it as the police in india quite oftern own theses vile child sex brothels!!!

These are inocent children for heavens sake!!!!!!!

I also have grave concerens regarding zoofilia! were people enjoy having sex with other species ie dogs + horses ect!

One woman on a program on channel 4 about zoofiles said "she loves sucking on her husband but also loves sucking on her dog"!!! :(

Some of the other stuff these zoofiles indulge in, may be 2 distressing for some, for me 2 post on a public forum!

I do wonder about human beings somtimes, i really do!!!!! :(

Not too sure that I be in the best space to comment here just yet Steven but will try ....

I guess like you I feel it is vitally important for good people to keep trying to stop these crimes and always keep highlighting the desperate needs of these children ... plus like you I know that as a parent there be some dreadful stuff happening worldwide ....and these days I just wish there were more folks who care too ....and course wish that it is much easier to speak up about the hard stuff sometimes more often so as to help bring positive attention and supports to help our children everywheres...

At the moment I am waiting for an apparently 'controlled rape' or some kind of violent or fetish videotape and more photographs to be released which has real coppers hard out with a victim.... or as these men would call her a consenting swing partner ie seems the arguments and wordgames is about whether she was exploited as a piece of meat etc It seems she was a victim of domestic violence and was rescued and then seduced the same night by a couple of officers who introduced her to the swinging game etc It has been part of the shocking stuff uncovered and thrashed out in some of the courts and the streets downunder this past year etc Far too disturbing to discuss the gangrapes of young girls by police officers in this forum too imho :(

Without going into any of the gory stuff too much though - sadly yeah there has been already one video released to the media last week which was taken by the woman being cuffed and dealt to by officers on &/or off duty etc This is apparently only one of a couple of hundred tapes which includes current sworn staff as well as specifically one of the officers who was convicted for rape in one case last year. The police are trying to now investigate this shock Steven! It is particularly disturbing as it visually showed one convicted rapist with his sex games, buddies and toys ie the very same man who was acquitted in 2 other cases where evidence was manipulated.... but now of course some of the other acquitted defendants are still ducking and diving and making all sorts of excuses etc So although one of these amateur wannabee pornstars is currently locked up and still denying multiple rape charges - it is still a difficult and distressing albeit vindication of their victims who were accused of terrible things during the court and media trials where the victims were abused and threatened for daring to lay complaints etc Another difficult side for instance is at the last trial whilst the public had no idea the officer was locked down - his wife was loyal and so naive perhaps - that yeah when this video came out afterwards - looks like now it has been the final straw etc The rapists wife was also discredited during the prosecution and is herself now facing possible charges and job loss along with some other police officers for crimes like perjury as well as other disciplinary processes!!

All this awful stuff must now be a huge worry and causing sleepless nights for others who have been supporting some of the abusers and such like etc The videotape has in a way been the final straw for many victims who have been disbelieved Steven - thus some of the victims who were still too scared to come forward with the Commission are now revisiting other crimes and speaking up as best able.... so it could still involve yet more officers and districts sadly..... tis just awful :(

Its just been a bad news week for everyone including GOOD and newly appointed Police Officers ...as well as perhaps a big worry for those folks who have stayed silent to support or cover up the actions of these abusive and rogue officers etc Sadly, it seems the tape was effective in that it was a very graphic and real shock to many people who simply could not conceive of such behaviour from police officers imho - and very upsetting for some families that have been traumatised or revictimised as well who still feel like the Commission has not been thorough or upfront etc Even now with the Prime Minister and Police Authorities all promising changes and charges, its been difficult as there has been this mixed reception and guarded response to the Commission Report when it was finally released couple days ago!! I am also now dreading to hear of any more officer suicides as I think there have been a couple already so I believe this will be a major concern for the Police Force and many families now ... and especially if there is not some fast footwork by the Government and Justice Departments and the next Inquiries and investigations perhaps .... as well as obviously much much better protection for whistleblowers etc!!

fyi ... some links but not sure how long some of the stories will stay online etc

Government adopts police report

Apr 3, 2007

The government says it will adopt the Bazley report on police conduct in its entirety.

Dame Margaret Bazley's Commission of Inquiry uncovered what she calls disgraceful sexual conduct, shielded by a wall of silence and has recommended changes to police disciplinary procedures.

Prime Minister Helen Clark says the government accepts the 60 recommendations of the Commission of Inquiry and takes responsibility for implementing all of them.

That means a complete overhaul of the way police handle complaints against their own and new standards of conduct.

Apparently despite NZ being a small country there is well over 200 complaints or crimes which have been upheld by the Commission and as the recent video has demonstrated Steven.... it was or is still going on in 21st century times sadly!! While admittedly some of the recent acquittals relate to historical gangrapes .... with this more recent evidence it has been difficult for some folks who feel they were fooled perhaps and now are angry ... plus the additional court cases to come soon which is all adding to its difficult impact perhaps? There are now some calls being voiced for resignations as well as the Prime Minister asking more victims to speak up etc I am guessing there is grave concern the video footage is only tip of the iceberg etc

Not quite sure how this is all going to influence the current huge difficulties in New Zealand with child abuse and prostitution and such like though yet Steven? I would say that in addition to world trends and the great dangers around these days... an environment of police distrust or abuse or malpractice has unfortunately been part of some of the greater struggles involved sometimes when trying to get help for the kiwi youngsters etc Legalised prostitution here as well as many other social problems now all get pretty messed up together and make it very difficult to promote better safety and non violent futures for the vulnerable imho. For example aside from noting some recent radio advertising with bestiality humour for sports teams and their animals and young women... in the past few months there have been a number of horrific child killings to even drugged out mothers offering their kids for sex to HIV men ... male on male rapes....and as well some horrible stuff like last week where one father was arrested for either sodomising or bottling his 15 day old infant son after the baby was hospitalised for his grave injuries etc

There is still at least some outrage which occurs now and again Steven .... but imho its a different type of struggle perhaps as well in that some of this horrific child and rape abuse is getting so bad and so commonplace now .... that it still seems loads of folks are becoming desensitised or disbelieving or simply don't give a care so long as its not touching them etc The tragedy is that then this kind of blindness and apathy and egocentric or immoral behaviour is being greatly exploited and encouraged by the predators deviants and psychopaths... and so more suffering and victims ... and then it just becomes an absolutely awful vicious downhill slide :(

Just all gets unspeakable sometimes imho Steven.... but bottom line is we all gotta keep on keeping on sometimes ya know!!!

Well ive just read all of this topic again + read the links put up.

Im slightly drained after reading it all!!!

Some dreadfull stuff!! im unable 2 obviously cover everything coz id be brought totally down with thinking about everything + so certainly doomed!

But i think the problem in the police abuse cases highlighted, seems not only 2 do with CONSENT here but also 2 do with a persons own FREE WILL 2 engage + partisipate in activities, clearly it seems in a lot, if not all of these cases they did + were not!

Problem of course is proving one way or another!

I think your right nessa on most of which youve posted, so no need for me 2 repeat certain things said.

But expanding on the topic further , i think we have all accidently stumbled across "normal" porn sites via the internet at some point, there everywere! but we also hear of terrible "snuff" movies ect via the internet aswell! were children are raped + then murdered! :(

Then there are the canibal sites were people eat each other!

Not 2 mention sites showing dead + mutilated bodies ect!

Of course if any of us ever come accross such horrble sites, we must make a note of there web site addresses + contact the police with the information as its just the small minority of the police which are corrupt most do just wanna help people although somtimes there methods leave a lot 2 be desired!

Then (completely + utterly off topic i know sorry!) we have our royal family, there a totall disgrace 2 this country, they really are!!! there fox hunters + encourage slavery, which is just horrible!!! :(

*the poor + the needy are selfish + greedy but only on the queens terms*

Oh i think i need a glass of wine 2 make me feel a bit better! so im gunna have one! :)

Its times like these that i also need a fag! + then i sudenley remember ive stoped!!!

But i think we have 2 remeber + never lose sight that amongst all this horibbleness of human nature there is so much goodness aswell! its basic human nature 2 help others! :)

Its human destiney 2 become all loving + compassinate, its just taking a little while 2 get there!!!

Just please be carefull nessa + take care + that abviously applies 2 everyone else!

But im ok coz ive been touched once or twice by a beautifull unicorn + ive never ever forgotten it!!! :)

Another glass of wine is called for!

Gosh I so enjoy your postings .... and hearts and smarts Steven

100% full agreement Steven and reckon in these online days.... it is ABSOLUTELY VITAL for Integrity and Ethics to be totally embraced by all our Public Servants as we wish our children and tomorrows all come closer to good places and spaces soon too!!!

so in trying to know betters and do betters and somehow learn along the way perhaps ....figured I could put up something much more positive and encouraging to refuel the ole energy batteries lolz

I also totally AGREE with reporting to the Police authorities when any grim stuff is encountered online - and I would probably go further and hope one day there will be more VIRTUAL police stations operating sooner rather than later too Steven vbg

Yup when the police and public unite together I reckon great achievements all become more possible and our society and world will become more caring and good greatness will shine many ways :)

Sorry I know this is another long posting but figured there may be some positives and different ideas for brainstorming lolz

Twas great when a wee while back I spotted this Police Initiative which I think is just brilliant hope for many parents and youngsters... http://www.thinkuknow.co.uk

And in this British website is another link (next below) which will take you to the CEOP reporting page ... and I quote "this is like a virtual police station where you can make a complaint or report a problem. Your problem will be seen by a police officer, or a specialist investigator and they will contact you to let you know what will happen."

http://www.ceop.gov.uk/ceop_report.aspx

Then this week I spotted another great strategy that includes the Isle of Man which I think is just wonderful

Child Rescue Alert Launched

02-Apr-07

Eight police forces and almost a hundred media organisations in the North West have joined together to launch a major child protection initiative.

From today (Monday, 2 April 2007), Child Rescue Alert (CRA) is available in Lancashire, Cumbria, Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, North Wales, and the Isle of Man, with the full involvement and co-operation of British Transport Police.

It is based on a successful American system called “Amber Alert” which was developed following the abduction and murder of a nine-year-old Texan girl in 1996.

Child Rescue Alert will seek urgent help from the public to find an abducted child in truly exceptional circumstances – where it is feared the child will be seriously harmed or killed.

Working closely with broadcast media outlets across the region, police will issue regular bulletins – interrupting networked programming if necessary – asking the public to be their eyes and ears and report sightings of the child.

A special telephone number will be published and call-takers will be brought in to ensure all appropriate information is acted upon swiftly. All police forces in England and Wales are in the process of implementing Child Rescue Alert, and the North West region has been working for many months to ensure a uniformed approach.

Assistant Chief Constable Mike Cunningham, in charge of Operations for Lancashire, said: “If we had a case that fit the criteria we would be able to ask the media to alert the public quickly and accurately in the very early stages of the investigation. We would hope people would in turn act as our eyes and ears and contact us with any relevant information that could help us find and recover the child safely.”

A national media protocol negotiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers has been adopted in the North West with almost a hundred editors in the region signed up to it. Newspapers also have an important part to play by posting details on their websites.

Added ACC Cunningham: “This initiative has met with a very positive response from the region’s media who are clearly very keen to help in this key area of police work. The Constabulary has been working hard to introduce Child Rescue Alert by putting the necessary policies and procedures in place. We have been in discussions with local and regional broadcasters and have been party to national discussions to ensure that any CRA issued in Lancashire will be given immediate attention by the media.

“The key issue is the preservation of the child’s life. The CRA will be a fantastic tool to help us get the message out to the public and possibly save the child. However, I must point out that speed will need to be balanced by appropriate checks to ensure we don’t overuse the system. We want the public to understand that we will only launch a CRA in truly exceptional circumstances. That way, if they hear one they will immediately appreciate just how serious it is.

“We will, therefore, only use Child Rescue Alert when the following four criteria are met:

The missing child is apparently under 18 years old

There is a reasonable belief that the child has been kidnapped or abducted

A senior police officer (of at least superintendent rank) feels the child is in imminent danger of serious harm or death; and

There is sufficient information available to enable the public to help find the child

“We need to make sure that if a CRA is issued, the public know just how serious it is and do all they can to help us.

“I believe Child Rescue Alert will be a valuable resource that will almost certainly help the police during such sensitive and time critical investigations. Thankfully, this type of crime is rare, but I am convinced CRA is a major step forward in helping us combat it.”

and don't forget Project Guardian.........

Interpol launches task force on child sex abuse

8:15AM Thursday January 18, 2007

LONDON - Interpol said today it was launching a special task force to tackle a growing problem of paedophiles using fake "modelling" sites on the internet to gain access to children.

The sites do not contain sexually graphic images, but serve as a front, enabling paedophiles to contact the site owners and gain physical access to the so-called child models, or to buy images of the children being abused.

"This trend requires the urgent attention of law enforcement, but the significant investigative resources required are simply not available in most national police forces, which is why Interpol is launching Project Guardian," Ronald Noble, head of the world police body, said at a Paris conference on child abuse.

He said officers on the task force would also investigate the involvement of organised crime in many of the sites.

Interpol said it would spend 1 million euros ($1.88 million) to launch Project Guardian, recruiting two police experts for two years and funding six international coordination meetings.

In a high-tech approach to combating child pornography, it has built up a vast database of images, and uses recognition software to establish links between victims and crime scenes, even when the photos are taken in anonymous indoor settings.

In one case, Interpol linked a photo of a young girl found on a computer in the United States to a series of pictures from Belgium showing a different child in the same room.

The police computer made the link by recognising the wallpaper and the pattern on a pillowcase, and investigators eventually succeeded in tracing the victims and the abuser.

Interpol says the database has so far helped to identify and rescue more than 500 victims around the world. With funding from the Group of Eight nations, it will pilot a new scheme this year giving national investigators access to the database and to those held by police in other countries.

But seeing as ive had some positive feedback, thanx! I left it all! , plus a lot of me stuff has been quoted anyways!!!

But It may of been entertaining for some when i post the truth (i dont mean you nessa!)- but im the one whos been threatened + consequently been thru hell, + i had no one 2 turn 2!.

Nope im not doing it anymore!

The show is over, the stage is now empty, , the audiance deadly silent, steven has took his final bow + the red courtains have fallen for the very last time!

And yet-------for every ending there is another begining!!!

But just on the subject of prostitution, id like 2 point out + remind that its not only men who use prostitutes, many women who just want sex without any emotinal attachments or relatonship comitments use + pay money to male prostitutes for sex.

Oh + i never said we have all stumbled acrross snuff movies, death + mutulation sites ect ect ect of course we havent, i said weve all come accross porn sites ie had pop ups or links 2 these kinda sites whilst surfin the net!
