bluemonday
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e21' Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done. /default.asp, line 806 If I could get on the site, I'd complain again, they haven't answered the 2 e mails I've sent since 6pm
pongo
If I could get on the site, I'd complain again, they haven't answered the 2 e mails I've sent since 6pm If you are certain that it isn't, say, a WIFI problem or a problem with you network then you should call them and report it as a fault. My experience is that they are very helpful.

joeyconcrete
I am so glad I pay so much for such a superb unlimited broadband service. Can you post the line-stats off your router? (SNR\Attenuation\Sync-Speed) Whilst poor speed can be down to the ISP, if your line is at fault - then changing ISP won't help.
germann
You could also try rebooting your router
